Policies

Guest Registration:
All guests must complete our Rental Agreement (prior to arrival) and Check-In/Out form (at arrival and departure).

 
Accommodations:
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Saturday
Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Saturday
Guests staying in their room after the 11:00 A.M. check-out time may be charged additional fees.
Please check with your hosts concerning the possibility of late departures.
Payments:
A deposit is required at the time of making a reservation to guarantee the reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date.

Overnight guests not listed on the rental agreement are not permitted.
Guest Responsibilities:
Please - no loud noises, music, or loud singing, or any provocative activities that may disturb our other guests, or our neighbors.
Neighbors may call the police if there is not peace and quiet after 10:30PM.

Please help us to conserve electricity and water by turning off lights, fans and AC when they are not needed.

Be aware that any damage to the furniture, decorations or property that may require extra maintenance will mean an extra charge to you.

Federal law forbids using any illegal substance or drugs, or any other act that is contrary to health or hygiene standards.

Violence or abusive behavior to other guests or staff will be investigated by the local police authorities.

Under-aged minors as guests are not allowed in the rooms or on the premises.
The age of consent in Mexico is 18. Every Mexican citizen is required by law to have identification. It is your responsibility to confirm the age of your guests.
Cash and Valuables:
Casa de las Flores is NOT responsible for cash, documents, jewelry or any other valuable items that you leave in the room. Forgotten valuables will be kept for 60 days.
If we don't receive a call or notification regarding these valuables, they will be disposed of.
All costs of returning forgotten items are the responsibility of the guest.
